4 Years of Legacy, Growing with Care, Guided by Heart

Legacy Migration was founded in 2021 by two seasoned industry professionals who sought to redefine migration services—not as just another business transaction, but as a heartfelt commitment to helping individuals achieve their dreams of moving to Australia. Their mission was driven by a genuine desire to assist those aspiring to advance their careers while also improving their families’ quality of life. 

The company’s Directors, Seigfred Dequito (S041) and Luanne Dequito (MARN 1797357), envisioned building a firm that delivers personalized, client-centric services. They set out to ensure that every application is meticulously handled, tailored to the unique circumstances of each applicant, and that every client feels genuinely supported throughout the process. 

As Sir Seigfred expressed in his New Year message last year, operating with this level of dedication presents its challenges. However, Legacy Migration has persevered and continued to grow, earning the trust of countless clients along the way. 

I joined the team in 2022, when Legacy Migration was just a little over a year old. I still remember how unusual I found the company’s approach to business—there was no hard selling. 

During my first client meeting, I observed how Sir Seigfred and Ms. Luanne conducted their discussions. They were straightforward, presenting all the facts, outlining the pros and cons of each option, and setting clear expectations. Most importantly, they never pressured clients into making a decision just to close a sale. Their transparency was refreshing. 

Coming from a sales background, this approach was a revelation for me. I realized that Legacy Migration wasn’t just focused on generating revenue—this business was built to genuinely help people. 

A few months later, Pearl joined the team, bringing fresh energy and support. Not long after, we expanded further by adding a dedicated design and marketing team, strengthening our ability to connect with and assist more clients. 

As of today, we have connected with thousands of individuals from around the world, with the majority coming from the Philippines. Our clients range from fresh college graduates and young professionals to seasoned experts in their fields, as well as individuals seeking to bring their partners, spouses, children, or parents to Australia. What makes this journey even more rewarding is that most of our clients come to us through referrals—a testament to the trust and confidence they have in our services.
